We’ve been organizing for years now, with the help of Turismo Verde and CIA Agricoltori Italiani, “Non c’e Paragone …!” a cooking competition for non-professional chefs.

The race was born from our passion for traditional dishes, and so every year at OliOliva, enthusiasts chef challenge each other on a particular dish. This year, now in its seventh edition, we have proposed stockfish or codfish as a theme.

The dishes in the competition (all, but all very good) were judged with the help, among others, of Sergio Lanteri of the Stoccafisso Academy of the Province of Imperia and the Ligurian Alps and Lodovico Rolfo, chef of the same academy.
